Hans has extensive experience in the field of M&A and previously worked at large firms such as Clifford Chance. His work includes deals with CVC, DSM, Bekaert Textiles, and the public offer for Royal Ten Cate.

Once nominated for best M&A lawyer, he now uses his expertise at Burggraaf & Hoekstra to assist with public offers as well as private M&A-deals. Hans is not a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
